Amy Nettleton, BSc (Hons)
Founder of Nurturing Minds
Amy has worked with children and families for over 12 years, delivering interventions and improving outcomes for the whole family. Having worked in services supporting individuals with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and complex additional needs. ​Amy is passionate about supporting and empowering families to nurture their mental well-being through Nurturing Minds' 4 pillars of connection, compassion, mindset and mindfulness.

Nurturing Minds aims to help everyone in the family improve their overall well-being. Beginning with new parent workshops to help build early foundations for promoting positive mental well-being practices at home. To community parent and child, workshops focused on improving connections and developing emotional well-being tools for the whole family. Nurturing Minds also provides fun educational sessions within schools and nurseries as well as face-to-face and online workshops to help parents understand their children's feelings and behaviour. ​

Amy is fully insured, registered as a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and has an enhanced DBS check and is registered with the DBS update service.
