Service Description

Take a break, breathe in the fresh sea air, and join our free Walk & Talk session on Friday 18th July! This gentle beach walk is a wonderful opportunity to get outside, stay active, and connect with other mums who are on a similar journey. Together, we’ll enjoy a relaxed walk by the waves, where you can share experiences, meet new friends, and feel the benefits of movement, fresh air, and community. Whether you’re looking for a listening ear, some uplifting conversation, or simply a moment to pause, our Walk & Talk offers the perfect space to recharge and connect. Spaces are free but please do book your space so I know who to expect —we’d love to have you join us! When: 11 am Friday 18th July Where: Meet outside The Boathouse Cafe in Felpham.
