You may feel like you're navigating a new identity, adjusting to shifting relationships, and juggling the demands of motherhood, often with little time for yourself. This 4-week in-person programme is designed to support you through these transitions with compassion, evidence-based tools, and a space to reconnect with who you are. This programme is perfect for new mothers seeking to: Rediscover their identity and what brings them joy beyond motherhood. Strengthen relationships and communicate needs with confidence. Find support and connection in a nurturing community. Create balance and focus on what truly matters. Learn tools to manage stress and build emotional resilience. Nurture their wellbeing with mindfulness and self-compassion. What to Expect Over 4 weeks, we’ll meet in a supportive, nurturing group setting, combining the latest psychology research with practical tools you can use every day. This programme integrates: Positive Psychology: Focus on flourishing, building strengths, and enhancing your well-being. Mindfulness Practices: Learn grounding techniques to manage stress and bring calm into your life. Cognitive Behavioural Coaching: Explore and reframe limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Self-Compassion: Develop a kinder, more empowering inner voice. Each session includes opportunities for reflection, meaningful connection with other mothers, and actionable strategies to take home. Important Information This programme is designed for mothers seeking to enhance their well-being and personal growth during early parenthood. While we explore topics like emotional well-being and managing stress, this is not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health support. If you have are currently experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or postnatal mental health challenges, we encourage you to seek the support of a licensed mental health professional. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to discuss whether this programme is right for you. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Early-bird rates apply only if booked by the specified deadline. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations by you: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the programme will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the programme start date or after the programme has begun. Cancellations by us: If the programme is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future programme. Attendance To get the most out of this programme, attendance at all sessions is encouraged. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
