Service Description

This allows you to give me a little more information about your current circumstances so we can dive straight into your first coaching session. If coaching isn't the right thing for you, I will do my best to provide you with information and signposting to somewhere better suited to your needs. One-to-one coaching can only be booked following a consultation. Please allow 15-30 minutes for this call.
