A fun, supportive and empowering summer workshop designed to help girls build confidence, celebrate what makes them unique and learn practical tools for worries, friendships and big feelings. As children move through primary school, many girls begin to compare themselves to others, worry about fitting in and become increasingly hard on themselves. Brave & Bloom offers a safe space where girls can connect, have fun and discover what confidence means to them, it's about learning to trust and believe in themselves. ✨ Who is this workshop for? Brave & Bloom is suitable for girls aged 7–10 years (School Years 3–5) who: Sometimes doubt themselves or lack confidence. Worry about friendships or fitting in. Can be hard on themselves when they make mistakes. Need a boost in self-esteem and self-belief. Enjoy creative activities and connecting with others. Would benefit from learning calming tools for worries and big feelings. This workshop is designed to support emotional wellbeing and confidence in a positive, age-appropriate way. 🌷 What girls will gain from the session Through games, discussion, movement and creative activities, girls will: ✔ Recognise and celebrate their unique strengths. ✔ Learn that everyone experiences worries and self-doubt sometimes. ✔ Build confidence and self-belief. ✔ Learn simple calming tools for worries and big feelings. ✔ Develop kinder self-talk and a growth mindset. ✔ Meet and connect with other girls in a warm and encouraging environment. ✔ Leave feeling proud, capable and more confident to be themselves. 🎨 What to expect This relaxed and engaging 90-minute workshop includes: Fun icebreakers and confidence-building games. Creative activities focused on strengths and self-esteem. Practical tools to help with worries and big feelings. Movement and mindfulness activities. Positive affirmations and celebration. A small take-home resource to continue building confidence at home. 📍 Workshop Details Date: Wednesday 19th August 2026 Time: 10:00am – 11:30am Location: The Shed, Chichester Suitable for: Girls aged 7–10 years (Years 3–5) Cost: £28 per child Places are limited to 12 children to create a calm, supportive and nurturing environment.

Booking Policy Booking and Payment * Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place. * Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. * A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations and Refunds * Due to limited places and the costs involved in venue hire, resources and preparation, all bookings are non-refundable. * If your child is unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a transfer to a future workshop at our discretion, but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation by Organisers * In the unlikely event that the workshop needs to be cancelled by the organisers, parents/carers will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. Health, Additional Needs and Allergies * Parents/carers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, medical conditions and any additional needs when booking. * We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment and will do our best to make reasonable adjustments where possible.
